The price includes :
- Accomodation and breakfast;
- Daily cleaning of your room and bathroom;
- Change of towels every two days;
- Weekly change of bed linen;

Terms and condition:
by booking or paying a deposit you agree to our terms and condition;
payment is due on arrival in Euros cash only, no credit cards or check accepted;
if for any reason on arrival or during your stay you rischedule your trip and decide for a shorter sojourn
full payment will be required;
for cancellation more than 30 days before arrival 75% deposit refundable;
for cancellation less than 30 days before arrival 50% deposit refundable;
for cancellation less than 15 days before arrival 25% deposit refundable;
for cancellation less than 7 days before arrival 00% deposit refundable;
